Job Description Duties, Authority, and Responsibilities
– Optimization of manufacturing processes and proposal of improvements in the areas of cataphoretic and robotic painting.
– Responsibility for implementing and maintaining the quality system.
– Implementation of new technologies into the production process.
– Conducting technical inspections of the condition of tools, instruments, and equipment in use.
– Responsibility for optimizing the use of tools and consumables used in production.
– Providing expert opinions in connection with supplier, customer, and other complaints.
– Establishing standard times and calculating the efficiency of production processes.
– Management and review of technical documentation.
– Identifying and sourcing suitable and new materials (paints, coatings, etc.)
– Conducting assessments and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality and performance.
– Selection of technological equipment – determination of the type of tools and equipment required for performing the desired work.
– Ensure compliance with international quality standards established for the coating system
– Ensure that work proceeds in accordance with the established schedule and that quality control is performed for the project
– Develop and implement relevant procedures.
– Handling and management of operations involving equipment or systems.
– If necessary, demonstrate the processes and tasks to be performed to production staff.
– Contact and visit suppliers for innovation, coordination, knowledge sharing, etc.,
